Human resources as a base of competitiveness of enterprises

 

Nowadays more and more enterprises feel the necessity to possess the high qualified personnel. Therefore development of the personnel is very important problem in the national economic.

Human resource practitioners have traditionally earned their credentials from the school of hard knocks-layoffs, lawsuits and labor disputes. But today's leaner, more talent-focused companies are in search of generalists who have mastered deeper strata of business skills along with a keen understanding of the HR spectrum. They want seasoned professionals who can steer the ship [1].

Competitiveness of agriculture is the strategically aspect of development of agricultural enterprises which will give possibility to infix the position at the market. As a result an enterprise must to develop the personnel and consider workers as the base of the income and competitiveness.

The purpose of this research: to define of necessity of develop of the personnel of agriculture enterprises.

Task: analysis of forming and development of the personnel, consideration of conditions of development of human resources of agricultural enterprises.

Material used in the research: during research we had used the national and foreign editions, which dedicated to the competitiveness and the personnel and also documents at the State statistics committee of Ukraine. Methods: analysis, projection, retrospection, induction, deduction.

Human Resource Development (HRD) is the frameworks for helping employees develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. Human Resource Development includes such opportunities as employee training, employee career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, key employee identification, tuition assistance, and organization development [2].

HRD is "organized learning activities arranged within an organization in order to improve performance and/or personal growth for the purpose of improving the job, the individual, and/or the organization" [3].

The problem of development and forming of the personnel can be solved only if agricultural businessmen realized and understand that the personnel are the most important recourse which allows providing the competitiveness of enterprises.

The result of our research will be providing recommendations for the development of the personnel. Those are:

to  discuss conditions of forming of the personnel;

to research the common conditions of development of agricultural enterprises;

designing the methodological estimation of the personnel;

to estimate the personnel of agricultural enterprises.

Developing recommendation, in the case of their realization will allow to react if any changes in the nearest future at the micro- and microenvironment.
